If you’re a big fan of Back To The Future, then you must love part two where they predict the future. I love the hover cars , and Pizza Hut's instant Pizza! Just think these are suppose to be around by 2015, we can still keep our fingers crossed! However, movies are allowed to mistakes, When you make a comment in public you’d hope to be right, but these people sure weren’t.

Through out history, people have made predictions that haven’t come true. Let’s introduce the Bad Opinion Generator. What this generator does is shoes public opinions and predictions through-out the years that hasn’t happened yet. Here’s a couple of my favorites:

1) “The trip from home to office will require a few minutes only. A penny will pay the fare.”

—Ladies’ Home Journal, “What May Happen in the Next Hundred Years,” 1900

2) “A university education will be free to every man and woman.”

—Ladies’ Home Journal, “What May Happen in the Next Hundred Years,” 1900

3) “There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home.”

—Ken Olson, co-founder of Digital Equipment Corp., 1977

4) “New Coke [will be] the most significant soft drink development in [the] company’s history… the surest move ever made.”

—Roberto Goizueta, chairman of The Coca Cola Company, 1985

5) “Two years from now, spam will be solved.”

—Bill Gates, speaking at the World Economic Forum, 2004
