In a new law that takes effect today TV commercials will now be quieter. The FCC now requires TV commercials to be within 2 decibels of the surrounding programming.

Former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue has overturned four current and former New Orleans Saints players in the bounty scandal. Will Smith, who attended Proctor High School, is one of the four players that will no longer face suspension in the case.
