Watch April the Giraffe Have Her Baby

After millions of people around the world waited patiently, it's finally happened. April the giraffe had her baby.

Jordan Patch and his crew caught the birth on Facebook live so you still watch the birth and keep up to date with all things April on the Animal Adventure Park's Facebook page.

Both April and baby are doing fine. "Everything went absolutely perfect," says Patch. "Couldn't have planned it better. Perfect delivery. Perfect fall. Baby is already nibbling on mom wanting to nurse. It's hungry. As soon as we know gender, we'll let everybody know. Thanks for joining us on this journey. It's not over yet. It's just the beginning."

You can see April and her new baby when the Animal Adventure Park, located in Harpursville, opens May 13th.
