Memorial Day weekend is what many believe to be the "unofficial" start to summer. Apparently, Mother Nature isn't one of those believers.  It's likely we'll see at least another patchy frost as we start the three day holiday.

Part of Central New York saw some patchy frost this morning, especially in the valleys.  Temps hit the mid 30's in several locations and the next round may be even worse.  The National Weather Service forecast temperatures near 31 as Friday night turns into Saturday morning.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Central New York and Northeast Pennsylvania. Temperatures are expected to drop into the 30s late Friday Night into early Saturday morning. There is the potential for at least patchy frost.
