Another Beautiful Night For Saranac Thursday
The weather during the “Frog Days of Summer” has been ideal for so many outdoor events, and it’s looking good again for tonight’s Saranac Thursday. My good friend and colleague Matt Herkimer and I attended last week’s Saranac Thursday to cheer on fellow Frog DJ James Pond and his band. Tonight, music is provided by “Crazy Fools”. (hmmmm…I’m glad that wasn’t in the same sentence with Matt and me).

The festivities take place in the parking lot of the F.X. Matt Brewery at the corner of Court and Varick Streets in Utica.
Here’s the all the info from saranac.com:
“The gates at Saranac Thursdays open at 5:30PM. Parking is available in our parking lot behind the Brewery on Columbia Street, and in the parking lot across the street from our Brewery Courtyard on Court Street which can be accessed from Stark Street. Admission is $5 and benefits our local United Way.”
Always drink responsibly, must be 21 years old with valid ID for beer, and consider a designated driver.
