The weather has been hit and miss lately and I know it's been difficult to run, but now it's time to get moving! If you're getting discouraged don't! You have plenty of time to get in adequate training for the Boilermaker or just for your health. Today was Day 4 of my training for the Boilermaker and I realize I skipped a day of blogging on Day 3. That's really okay because my day 3 was rough.
