Amanda Bynes Called a Photographer an ‘Ugly Black Man’ [VIDEO]

Amanda Bynes is one hot mess. The actress who's had trouble with drugs, alcohol and the law, can now add paparazzi problems to the list.  She was trying to get into her apartment building, and the paparazzi were swarming around her. Amanda was trying to hide her face with a scarf and one photographer, who was black, kept trying to pull it off. Yes, he was crossing the line and Amanda showed restraint by not losing her cool. But she DID call the guy an 'ugly black man.'

When the guy called her out on it, Amanda said, 'It's just your face. It's not a black thing. There's an ugly white one. It's not racist.'  Watch below and be the judge.  Racist or just rude?
