Twas the night before Christmas and all across the land, the folk at WestJet had a miracle planned. They surprised passengers with Christmas gifts and they were definitely surprised.

It began with a kiosk in the WestJet lounge. Passengers told the man in red what they all wanted for Christmas before boarding a flight in Toronto. While in the air, employees hit the stores to get everything on Santa's wish list. When the plane landed, passengers found their gifts they'd requested waiting at the baggage claim.

The look on the passengers faces was priceless. From the little boy who asked for an android tablet to the family wanting a big screen TV.  I bet the guy that asked for socks and underwear was kicking himself after seeing what everyone else got.

What a special moment for everyone on and off the flight.  I don't know who was more touched, the passengers receiving the gifts or the employees who gave them. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Why couldn't I be on THAT flight!
