Whether you believe in global warming or not, you can't deny there is some climate change going on that adversely effects farming. Cornell's Institute for Climate Change and Agriculture offers tips on dealing with warmer winters or late freezes.

In the past few years we've seen early warm temperatures that caused apple trees to bloom 4 weeks early. Then an ensuing frost decimated the crop. There's frequently extremely wet springs that delay field work and results in shortage of hay and forage crops.
