Adirondack Ice Bowl Returns To Inlet
Who says there’s nothing to do in winter? There’s plenty of hockey action, outside in the Adirondacks, with the return of the Adirondack Ice Bowl to Inlet.

According to our sister station, WIBX:
“While most people prefer to stay indoors during the winter months, a growing group are stepping out onto the ice of Inlet’s Fourth Lake to play some pond hockey.
Jim O’Brien IV created the Adirondack Ice Bowl in 2009, when he and a few friends played some games after finishing carpentry work at his grandparent’s.
Three years later the Ice Bowl has made a name for itself at the Wood’s Inn, building up its open tournament and introducing an over-40 group.
From January 27th through the 29th, forty teams will compete on four rinks. The winners earn a wooden bear trophy along with one year worth of bragging rights.”
