Actor Seth Rogen Addresses Senate Subcommittee For Alzheimer’s [WATCH]
We always see celebrities who put their efforts, time, and money into charities and causes. Very view go before a Senate Subcommittee to openly testify for their cause. Seth Rogen is an actor and comedian famous for such movies as "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Knocked Up," and "The Guilt Trip." He is also an avid Alzheimer's activist. His wife's mother has the terrible disease and because of Rogen's experiences with that disease, he started an organization called "Hilarity for Charity." This cause is dedicated to funding Alzheimer's research and providing support for families affected by Alzheimer's.
Here is Seth Rogen's full testimony before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health & Human Service:
I commend Seth Rogen for doing this and he did a great job balancing his comedic timing and expertise and his abundant knowledge of this awful illness.
