It's no wonder parents panic every time their children get behind the wheel. A 10 minute drive from work to home proved there's reason to worry. I nearly got into three accidents because there's crazy drivers everywhere.

The trip home started with a seat belt check point on Mohawk Street. Cops are cracking down with their 'Buckle Up' campaign in New York, that runs through Sunday, June 5th. Luckily I was buckled but there were a number of drivers being pulled over. If you're in a line of car with cops checking seat belts, you'd think you'd be smart enough to put your seat belt on before getting to the front of the line.

Less than a mile down the road an ambulance with sirens blaring drove through the light at Oriskany Boulevard. Everyone pulled over except one guy in a pickup truck who was just oblivious and kept driving. After the ambulance passed, another pickup turned left right in front of me, barely missing hitting me. I guess he was more important than anyone else on the road.

Once my heart was back to normal, a third moving truck pulled out right in front of me, forcing me to slam on the brakes.

If that's not enough for a short drive home, I came across another work truck driving on the wrong side of the road, right towards me. Luckily it was in town and I could drive around.

All of this from a TEN minute drive and all with adult men behind the wheel. THIS is the reason parents think the worst when kids hit the road. It's not their driving we're worried about. It's the other crazy drivers on the road.

What's the craziest thing you've seen on the road?
