If you like getting muddy and running at the same time, Darien Lake's mud run might be one of the coolest around.

Head out to Darien Lake on September 23, for their 5k Mud Fun Rock 'n Run that will take you through Darien Lake's park alongside all the rides and coasters, into the campgrounds and over, under and through challenging obstacles, different terrains and multiple mud pits.

It's a non-timed fun run for the whole family with the first wave of runners starting out at 10:00 a.m.

With your registration you'll get admission to the park, a free t-shirt, an award medal when you finish and an after party of live music.
