A Little Snooze Goes A Long Way
Although I never take a nap (I could never work in Mexico as I would be the only one awake during siesta time), many of you do. And here’s the statistics to back that up.
34% of adults take a daily nap. Asylum.com reports that a Pew Research Center survey found that in the past 24 hours, 34% of U.S. adults have taken a nap. Men are more likely than women to nap and only those who are under age 50 were counted, then both men and women are equally inclined to nap. Napping accelerates once we hit age 80, but all age groups between 18 and 79 have about the same inclination towards snoozing in daylight hours.
