A Hamilton family turned a tragedy into a lasting memory after losing their son. After struggling to start a family Jeff and Molly Moyer were expecting their first child in 2015. But God had other plans.

"We were going through some hard times to get our child here," says Jeff. "With the help of some nice doctors we ended up getting pregnant. We were very excited to have our first boy we were going to name Myles."

That excitement turned to devastation on July 29th. "We found out we lost our son. He was stillborn at 37 weeks."

The Moyers wanted to keep Myles' memory alive and Jeff started running marathons in his honor. "In 2016 I decided to raise money for a charity and I chose St Jude because they do wonderful things for children."

Jeff not only raised $5000 in Myles honor for the kids at St Jude, he was given hope.  "3 days before running we found out we were pregnant again."

Jack Moyer was born healthy and is doing great but Jeff says they still keep supporting St Jude. "No parent should ever have to lose a child, ever."

Myles may be gone but Jeff says he never forgotten "He's always around us. We see him in Jack. Myles had to go in order for us to have Jack."
