A Bit Of Egypt Comes To Utica
My wife and I love to watch all those Egyptology shows on the Discovery and History Channels…from the Pyramids to Kit Tut’s tomb! Now, a bit of ancient Egypt is coming to Utica.

Here are the details from our sister station, WIBX:
“The exhibit “Shadow of the Sphinx: Ancient Egypt and Its Influence” will be opening this Sunday at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute Museum of Art in Utica.
Museum Curator Anna D’Ambrosio ays the exhibition will feature coffins, a mummy head, mummy masks and gold amulets from the Metropolitan Museum.
“Shadow of the Sphinx” will be on view at the MWPAI Museum of Art until November 25th. Admission is $10 for the general public and $5 for students”
