They say "showing up" is half the battle in the workplace.  Cornell Cooperative Extension's NYS 4-H Youth Development Program  is offering a workshop that will not only help youth land that job, but enough general vehicle maintenance to make sure they show up.

The 4-H team of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Madison County is pleased to offer a professional development workshop for youth between the ages of 15-19 on Monday, July 27, 2015 from 9am—3:00pm.

The morning session will cover practical car maintenance and will be taught by Dan Akers from Morrisville State College. The afternoon session will focus on writing resumes that stand out and will be taught by Jenny Spinelli from Mohawk Valley Community College.

The workshop will be held right at the CCE of Madison County Office, 100 Eaton Street, Morrisville, NY 13408. The cost is $20. lunch and resource materials will be provided.  For more information contact Alycia Schick at  at 315-684-3001 or email ans74@cornell.edu
