Isabella Tordora may only be 3 but she already knows it's better to give than receive. The Rome girl, with the help of her family, collected toys for kids less fortunate this holiday season.

The Isabella and Friends Toy Drive started last year as a learning experience. "We wanted to give back to children in the Rome community during the holiday season, while teaching Isabella the invaluable lesson of helping others," says Isabellas mom Shannon Todora.

550 toys were collected the first year and Shannon says Isabella's goal was 600 this Christmas. "Multiple businesses stepped up to be a drop off location and make it easier for people to donate."

Isabella didn't collect 600 toys this year. She collected 747! "All donations go to the Rome Rescue Mission  to help hundreds of kids right here in our community have the happy holiday season that every child deserve," says Todora.

Isabella is definitely on Santa's nice list this year and I'm sure will have a nice gift under the tree this Christmas.
