2011′s Most Ridiculous Lawsuits

We have all heard stories concerning the backlog of cases burdening our court systems. They are true and one of the reasons is the increasing number of what are called “frivolous” lawsuits. Some of them are filed in an attempt to secure some easy money, others to drew attention to a cause and still others just to kill time while incarcerated. Business News Daily reported a U.S. Chamber of Commerce poll on the most frivolous lawsuits of 2011.
