2 Year Old Killed at Pittsburgh Zoo After Falling Into African Painted Dog Exhibit

A 2-year old boy was killed after falling into an outdoor exhibit that contained African Painted dogs.  NBC reports indicate the boy's mother was holding him on the railing to get a better look at the animals when he fell.

Zoo officials say the child somehow flipped over a basin that was a second safety feature and landed in the containment area with 11 of the dogs.  Police are unsure whether the fall or the dogs killed the boy.  Police and zoo authorities offer more details in the video below.
